1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, visiting, or using the services of Urban Cat Café ("we," "us," or "our"), whether online or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Café Services

Urban Cat Café provides a café experience that includes:

• Beverage and food service in a cat-friendly environment
• Interaction with our resident and adoptable cats
• Cat adoption services in partnership with local shelters
• Private event bookings and parties

3. Visitor Requirements

All visitors must:

• Be at least 10 years old to enter the cat lounge area (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult)
• Follow all posted café guidelines and safety policies
• Treat all cats and staff with respect and kindness
• Wash or sanitize hands before interacting with cats
• Not bring outside pets into the café

4. Reservations & Bookings

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Reservations are recommended during peak hours. Reserved time slots are for a maximum of 90 minutes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

5. Adoption Policy

All adoptions are subject to application review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any adoption application if we believe it is not in the best interest of the cat. Adoption fees cover vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures, microchipping, and initial veterinary care.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our visitors and cats, Urban Cat Café is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to cats or cat-related allergens
• Minor scratches or bites from cats (our cats are well-socialized, but they are animals)
• Personal property damage

Visitors enter the cat lounge area at their own risk. A liability waiver may be required for entry.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urban Cat Café and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
